1. Concentration exercise – points, form a circle from them, 5 minutes, then sharing.
2. Concentration exercise – form a circle, let it grow larger, then smaller and then disappear, 5 minutes, then sharing
3. Concentration exercise – form thoughts on the candle, 5-8 minutes, then sharing

BREAK

Meditation:
Wisdom – 5 minutes, then sharing
Light – 5 minutes, then sharing
Wisdom lives in light - 5 minutes, then sharing

Guided retrospective of the session – then sharing
