Welcome and opening go-around

1. Concentration exercise - points, form a circle from them, 5 minutes, then sharing.
2. Concentration exercise - form a circle, let it grow larger, then smaller and then disappear, 5 minutes, then sharing
3. Concentration exercise - form thoughts on the candle, 5-8 minutes, then sharing

BREAK

Thankfulness exercise - everyone looks at something they are grateful for and concentrates on that feeling, 5 minutes, then sharing

Meditation:
I am (3rd eye)
It thinks (Cosmic thinking/larynx)
He/she wills (Cosmic spirit/navel)
Then sharing. Then repeat.
